Ingredients needed

Onions Raw – 20 Grams
Tomato Raw – 20 Grams
Red Chilli Raw / Red Chilli Peppers – 10 Grams
Garlic Raw / Garlic Cloves – 2 Count
Tamarinds Raw – 5 Grams
Cumin Seed/ Jeera – 0.25 TableSpoon
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Canola Oil – 1 TableSpoon

To temper:
Mustard seeds – 2 Grams
Urad dal – 2 grams
curry leaves – 1 sprig

The Preparation Methods:

Step 1: Grind together onion, tomato, red chillies, garlic, tamarind, cumin seed (little bit) and salt to a smooth paste

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add urad dal, curry leaves and the ground paste.

Step 3: Cook on medium flame until the mixture oozes out oil.

Serve with Idly, dosa, Chapathi, and uthappam also
