Ingredients needed

Basmati rice – 100 Grams
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro – 10 Sprig
Onions Raw – 10 Grams
Tomato Raw – 10 Grams
Canola Oil – 1 TableSpoon
Green Chilli Raw / Green Chilli Peppers – 5 Grams
Ginger Raw / Ginger Slices ( 1″ dia) – 5 Count
Fennel Seeds – 0.5 TableSpoon
Cinnamon / Pattai – 0.5 TableSpoon
Cloves / Lowanga – 0.5 TableSpoon
Salt – 1 Teaspoon

The Preparation Methods:

Wash the cilantro first
Gind green chillies + cilantro into paste

Heat the pan , add 3 tsp oil, put sliced ginger, onion and tomatoes fry them well, then add the powdered masala. Fry well then add the cilantro+chilli paste, let it boil, now add the washed basmati rice(1 cup).

Add 1 is to 1 water for Basmati rice. If the cilantro + chilli paste is watery reduce the water you add to rice.

Pressure cook. When you remove the lid, add 1 spoon ghee.
