Ingredients needed

For Grinding:
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro – 30 Sprig
Coconut_Shredded – 30 Grams
Green Chilli Raw / Green Chilli Peppers – 5 Grams
Tamarinds Raw – 0.5 Grams
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Asafoetida (Hing) – 0.5 Grams (optional)
Garlic Raw / Garlic Cloves – 2 
Ginger Raw / Ginger Slices ( 1″ dia) – 2
Canola Oil – 1 TableSpoon

To Temper:
Mustard seeds – 2 Grams
Urad dal – 2 Grams
Curry leaves – 1 Sprig

The Preparation Methods:

Step 1: Chop it Coriander Leaves and use the tender stems also for this chutney.

Step 2: Heat 1 tsp of oil and fry urad dal until it turns light brown.

Step 3: Then add green chillies, ginger, garlic pieces and fry for a few seconds.

Step 4 : Add coriander leaves, tamarind and sauté in the heat of the pan itself.

Step 5: Then add grated coconut, saute in the heat of the pan. And add Asafoetida (Hing) little bit for taste. (optional)

Step 6: Grind it with needed salt.

Step 7: Heat a tsp of oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add urad dal and curry leaves. then pour the seasoning over the chutney.
