Ingredients needed

Oats – 100 Grams
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Rice Flour – 10 Grams
Wheat flour – 10 Grams
Onions Raw – 10 Grams
Green Chilli – 5 Grams
Coriander Leaves – 2 Sprig
Cumin Seed/ Jeera – 0.5 TableSpoon
Black Pepper – 0.5 TableSpoon
Water – As required
Sesame seed Oil – 0.5 TableSpoon (Preparing Dosas)

The Preparation Methods:

Step 1:Dry grind the oats just for a few seconds. Chopped onion and green chilli, coriander leaves as well.

Step 2:Mix all the above ingredients except oil, to a dosa batter consistency adding needed water. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3:
Heat a non stick tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread it lightly in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa.

Step 4:Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa.

Step 5:Make small dosas otherwise, you will not be able to flip over the dosa. Keep it on medium flame and cook the dosa. Do not be in a hurry to flip over the dosa. Let it get cooked well.
