Ingredients needed

Dosa Batter:
Urad dal / white lentils/ Uludham parupu – 25 Grams
Idly rice / Ground Rice / Par boiled Rice – 75 Grams
Fenugreek Seeds – 0.25 TableSpoon
Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Prepare Paneer filling:
Sesame seed Oil – 1 TableSpoon
Water – 150 Milli Litre (ML)
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Onions- 10 Grams
Paneer – 30 Grams
Green Chilli – 5 Grams
Ginger Slices – 3 Count
Curry leaves – 1 Sprig
Red Chilli Spices – 0.25 TableSpoon
Turmeric Powder – 0.25 TableSpoon
Cumin Seed/ Jeera – 0.25 TableSpoon

The Preparation Methods:

Step 1:Keep ready paneer crumbled. Finely chop onion, ginger and green chillies.

Step 2:Heat oil in a pan, add Cumin seeds, if slightly color changes, then add finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger and saute until onions turn transparent.

Step 3:Then add paneer, need salt and curry leaves. Saute for 2-3 minutes until everything gets blended well and switch off the flame. Now the paneer filling is ready for dosa.

Step 4:After, Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of dosa batter, spread it in a circular motion.

Step 5:As it gets cooked, holes start appearing. Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa.

Step 6:Once the sides of the dosa starts to lift up, flip it over to the other side. Let the other side get cooked. After it is cooked, flip again, place 2-3 tbsp of paneer filling and fold the dosa. Serve hot with coconut chutney and any type of chutney, sambar, gravy.

Note:
1. While making the masala , you can add any finely chopped veggie of your choice.
2. The dosa batter should not be too thick and it should be of a pouring consistency.
