Ingredients needed

Rice Cooked (Long grain) – 50 Grams
Curd – 5 TableSpoon
Sunflower Oil – 0.5 TableSpoon
Mustard seeds – 0.5 Grams
Urad dal / white lentils/ Vigna mungo raw/ Uludham parupu – 0.5 Grams
Curry leaves – 2 Sprig
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro – 1 Sprig
Green Chilli – 5 Grams
Ginger Slices ( 1″ dia) – 2 Count
Salt – 1 Teaspoon

The Preparation Methods:

Step 1: Pressure Cook the rice by adding cup of water.(Ratio: 1:2)
When done mash the rice nicely with the back of the spoon.
Step 2: Heat a pan, add oil and throw in the mustard seeds, urad dal when it splutters and add the chopped green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and lastly the coriander leaves.
Step 3: then Add the Curd/ yogurt to this and mix it up smoothly. Add salt to this. Switch off the stove.
Step 4: When it is slightly warm add rice into this and mix it up with the rice.
Step 5: Spicy Curd Rice Ready. Serve it with any pickle of your choice.

Tips:
1. You can add raw mango bits and finely chopped carrots to make it more yummy.
2. Also pomegranate also mix it with the rice at the end.
3. Adjust the quantity of curd according to the consistency you want.
4. And adding cashew nuts chop them finely and add it raw.
