Ingredients needed

For Idiyappam:
Rice Flour – 75 Grams
Water – 50 Milli Litre (ML)
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Tempering:
Onions – 10 Grams
Tomato – 20 Grams
Mustard seeds – 0.25 Grams
Urad dal / Uludham parupu – 2 Grams
Chilli Powder – 0.5 TableSpoon
Channa dal / Kadalai Parupu – 10 Grams
Curry leaves – 1 Sprig
Coriander Leaves – 1 Sprig
Green Chilli – 5 Grams
Turmeric Spices – 0.10 TableSpoon
Oil – 0.5 Tablespoon

The Preparation Methods:

Step 1: Make the idiyappam and cool down some minutes. then lets crumbled slightly.
Step 2: Chop onion, tomato finely and slit green chillies.
Step 3: Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, when they splutter, add bengal gram and urad dhal to it. Saute for a few seconds till dal turns golden brown.
Step 4: After it is golden add onion, add chopped tomatoes, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric, curry leaves and salt. Mix well and cook until mushy. Add the chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the flame.
Step 5: Add cooked sevai and mix well. Check for salt, add oil to top it. Give 2 minutes standing time before serving.
