Why 21Menus

I have a dream…(certainly not anywhere near Martin Luther King speech). I have a dream where every human be conscious of:

  • What is he/she eating?
  • How it is taken?
  • How much quantity is he/she eating?
  • When should we eat?

As this will have a profound impact on the way we think, our habits and behaviours. This is apart from the way the food affects our health.

Modern studies have shown this to be true, although some cultures have been saying this centuries before.

Most of the time, it starts with a pinch or sip of glass and then when we become slaves, it becomes difficult to come out of that habit.

This website is a small step to help you make better choices and live a happy and healthy life.

Here are few advantages of planning for a week on what to eat.

  • You get to choose Variety over repeated items. You will get back your "sense of taste". Your mouth will thank you.
  • You buy groceries on what you have planned to eat. Nothing more. You save a lot and you do not waste excess food. All this add to more peace of mind.
  • As you plan for an entire week, you would visit the grocery shop once a week. This reduces tension, time and money. Avoids running out to buy just one item from the grocery shop.
  • You share your plan with your friends and family members, so that their best food is not left off.
  • Trying out something new is always exciting.
